The calcination temperature of high temperature graphitized carbon raiser is 3000 ° C or above. Long-time calcination, complete graphitization, high fixed carbon, low impurity gas content, rapid dissolution and high absorption rate makes it the first choice for carbonization of ductile iron.
The calcination temperature of medium temperature graphitized carbon raiser is in the range of 1700-2700 °C. It has high fixed carbon, fast dissolution rate, high absorption rate, moderate sulfur content (0.20-0.40%) and low nitrogen content (800-2000ppm). It has the characteristics of smooth sliding and clear scratches, similar with high temperature graphitized recarburizer. It can be widely applied as carbon raiser for the grey cast iron and has high cost performance.
